INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Paramods, these are the Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”) for the website https://sellix.io/Paramods and paramods.xyz (the “Site”), including its sub-domains and its mobile-optimized versions, along with any products and services offered and our Discord server https://discord.gg/V3cVx2HNbk. These Terms shall supplement our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), incorporated here by reference.

Provided products and services are delivered by Paramods team(hereinafter referred to as “Paramods”). The terms ‘us’, ‘its’, ‘ours’ and/or ‘we’, as used herein, refer to us, Paramods and/or our affiliates, assignees and/or brands. As used herein, the terms ‘you’, ‘your’, and/or ‘yourself’ refer to you, a user/visitor/browser of our shop.
By accessing this site or our Discord server (https://discord.gg/V3cVx2HNbk), you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

OUR SERVICES
Paramods is an online reseller & service provider where users can buy third-party license keys for video game content provided by us, or can order a “recovery service”. Our Services include the promotion and delivery of the digital key and digital goods for video games.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. You agree not to attempt to refund or charge back any of our products in any way. Including but not limited to PayPal disputes and Bank chargebacks. Breach of terms will result in the revocation of your license/access.

Accordingly, Paramods / Paramods team/seller / us/we agree to furnish its online marketplace services to (i) the visitors that browse this website; and (ii) any other users that have ordered any of our services, all subject to the following Terms.

We do not advise or refuse, in any way or form, the usage of third-party software in online video games, as it is strictly forbidden in the Terms of Service of every video game.

Even though the software we provide license keys for may have sections compatible with online use, and we do not recommend using any of these products online, the usage is at your own risk.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect your “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”. “Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages, URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences generated based on the data you submit. “Personal Information” includes information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your photos, phone number, email address IP address, country and address or any other information

In addition, we may also track information provided to us by your browser and mobile device IDs when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from date of access, the device you bought from, the time when you bought and other browser information and other information that does not personally identify you.

Following the terms of these Terms and for the sole purpose of using the Services, you are hereby granted a limited, revocable permission to use the Services only to the extent permitted by the features of the Services and these terms. Paramods reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Paramods may terminate this authority at any time for any reason or without reason.

UPDATES
Paramods / we/us / seller / Paramods team reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, upgrade, update or modify these Terms, at any time and without notice in any way.

PAYMENTS
We use well-known payment processors and they are listed in our server for your reference. Hereby, you authorise us to charge fees through your indicated payment processing account.
The processing of payments will be subject to the fees, terms, conditions and privacy policies of such payment methods.
Paramods / we/us / seller is not responsible for any errors, fees and currency conversion fees by the payment intermediary, and you should read its terms and policies before purchasing.

You must provide us with valid and current billing information. If we detect any chargeback or if any payment is not received by us for any reason from your card or account, or any payment portal, you will have to pay us any amounts due to us. Any failure or inability to process any payment under this Agreement does not relieve you of your payment obligations.

You can always contact our support team (by opening a support ticket) with questions about your order, and we will have to answer them and work to solve any such doubts.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE “RECOVERY SERVICE”) Recovery service terms are displayed in our discord rules channel or you can ask support team members for them)

The ‘License Key’/”Key”/”License” is a unique string of characters that serves to authorise the download of software from the third-party provider. This key is intended solely for the one-time download and activation of the software on a single device, as per the terms of the license agreement. Any further distribution, sharing, or sale of the key is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the license. In case of loss or misuse of the license key, the provider/seller/Paramods is not obligated to provide a replacement or new key unless it is proven that the License key was faulty (In such a case, the customer shall contact our support member, who will replace the key free of charge).

Once an order is placed, we will proceed to authorise the download or delivery of the digital key and digital goods to you. After purchase, you will automatically receive a “key” in your email inbox (on the email address you provided during checkout) that will be redeemed on the purchase page of the official software provider’s website. If you have any problems with redemption, the Paramods staff team will be happy to assist you. The “key” will come in the email that was sent to you. Paramods reserves the right to deliver the key within 24 hours after payment is completed. In the event of technical difficulties, we/Paramods reserve the right to deliver the key within up to 72 hours after notifying the customer of such issues.

There may be situations where a product listed on the Website has been listed incorrectly (e.g., typographical error). In this case, Paramods reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for all products that are listed incorrectly. If your payment processing method has already been posted, Paramods or we will cancel your order and refund the incorrect price or credit to your payment processing account.

Paramods will endeavour to ensure that the quoted prices and descriptions are true and accurate, but cannot guarantee this.

Accordingly, the digital key and digital goods provided through the Site may be terminated, and their specifications, availability, eligibility, compatibility, prices and features are subject to change at any time, without notice and any liability.

REFUND POLICY

Users and customers may not make any adjustments to prices, the amount they have paid, the website, our products, our files or anything belonging to us or Paramods. We have the right to refuse refunds, exchanges and other solutions if we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything we do not control, whether it is the sharing of payment information, our sponsors or partners, or competing products. We do not issue refunds unless specific circumstances apply, and refunds may only be approved by designated individuals. Otherwise, customers may be entitled to a replacement for certain products if they fall under the terms of the warranty agreement.

If you, the customer, send an amount of Bitcoin to the wrong wallet that does not belong to Paramods, we will not issue you a replacement, refund or any other solution. We apologise for the inconvenience, but we weren’t involved in such a process, so we have no claim to this situation. Make sure the wallet you are sending to is correct.

Any chargebacks that are unnecessary and considered to be system manipulation for a refund will not only deny the case in our favour but also prevent you from purchasing from our website or further participating in our community server. Please think carefully before making ill-considered decisions.

Refunds cannot be arranged or allowed, regardless of the situation, unless they are provided by a person in the administration hierarchy. Therefore, you agree to this statement when you purchase an item/service/Key/license from our website. 

PAYPAL PAYMENT POLICY

Paramods offers PayPal as a payment method. Once the customer selects PayPal as their payment method, they will receive payment instructions after joining our Discord server and opening a payment ticket. By selecting PayPal, the customer agrees to send the total amount of the order, plus a 15% processing fee, to the PayPal address provided in the instructions. If the customer sends payment to an incorrect PayPal wallet not affiliated with Paramods, we cannot issue a replacement, refund, or any other resolution. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we cannot take responsibility for transactions made to unauthorised accounts. Please ensure that you are sending payment to the correct PayPal wallet. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 72 hours of placement. Customers are not eligible for a refund after the order has been placed. Paramods reserves the right to deliver the key/service/license within 24 hours following the completion of payment. In the event of technical difficulties, we/Paramods reserve the right to deliver the key within up to 72 hours after notifying the customer of such issues.

USER SUPPORT
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the site, our products, or our services, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. You must provide us with all the details of your problem so that we can accurately identify it and assist you. Paramods does not take any responsibility for purchases made outside of this website or our official Discord server’s official ticketing channel for making purchases. Paramods or our staff may not distribute any of our offered products directly to the customer, and are obliged to use the ticketing system solely.

LICENSE CONTENTS
Limited license. Subject to these terms, Paramods grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use and access the Services and any purchased digital key and, where applicable, digital goods. You may not resell, commercialise, duplicate, rework, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise use our digital keys and digital goods.

Paramods does not grant you any express or implied right under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information; and you will not have any right, directly or indirectly, to own, use, lend, sell, rent, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, enhance or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform or use in any way any downloaded part of the digital content, in whole or in part.

User-created content license. You hereby grant Paramods unlimited, sublicensable, assignable, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable, to all countries and territories worldwide, the right and license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content that you may upload, distribute, deliver, create or transmit any post, original audio file, message, chat, uploaded files, input data, emails sent or any other content provided to Paramods through the Website or Services.

You represent and warrant to Paramods that you have all rights, titles, or otherwise hold a sufficient title for all Content submitted to Paramods as outlined in this document.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
As our user, you agree that you agree, do not motivate or facilitate the use or access to the site, Products or Services to:
Violation of these terms or conditions, allowing, encouraging or facilitating others to do so.
Poster and/or infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party, including any breach of trust, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, advertising right or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
Distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any content that: (i) infringes or threatens the intellectual property rights of any person (eg, trademark, moral rights, trade secrets, copyright, ancillary rights, etc.); (ii) permits any act that could promote or cause discrimination, racism, harm, defamation, hatred or violence against an individual or a group; (iii) endangers children and minors; (iv) is or facilitates illegal or fraudulent activities; (v) is or may constitute a criminal offence or a criminal offence or otherwise violates applicable laws; and/or (vi) is or may be considered obscene, sexually explicit material, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, plagiarized, firearms, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, gambling, binary options, pornographic or analogous material.
Collect, receive, transmit or distribute any personal information about any person without the proper consent of the title holder.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website and the Services may contain hyperlinks to other websites. These links are for your convenience and provide you with additional information that may be of interest to you. The provision of such links does not imply any endorsement of such third-party websites, products or services.

Your participation or commitments in third-party promotions other than the Paramods Online Store and any terms, warranties or representations relating to such commitments are therefore solely between you and such third party. Paramods shall not be liable or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or as a result of the presence of third-party advertisers.

INDEMNIFICATION
Paramods shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of its duties under this document if such failure arises for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Paramods, including but not limited to failure of electronics, power supply, mechanics or the Internet.
These Terms may be translated into any other language, but English shall be and remain the official language of this agreement and in any conflict between the English language version and any other version, the English language version shall control.
You and Paramods are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, reseller customer, or relationship is intended or created by these terms.
No exception. If Paramods does not enforce any rights under this Agreement, this will not be construed as a waiver of any rights concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the intent of the parties. All remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

These policies are subject to change without prior notice.
